Control Your Anger or It Will Control You

Everybody gets angry, but some people let it control them! They lash out, scream yell, even hurt others. If you let anger control you it can be scary and dangerous.
Imagine a ballon being blown up with air. Getting bigger and bigger what happens if you keep putting air into it? Eventually it will EXPLODE!!!
You don't have to hold onto that anger, instead release it to God! Tell him all about that stuff that makes you angry and ask him to help you let it go to him!
